Excellent and safe location.The beautiful department, with a very pleasant decoration, excellent cleaning and with everything you need for stay.Paula, the administrator was super attentive.I would come back with pleasure.Only in an upcoming opportunity I would request that the key delivery be personally and review in detail the status and operation of all the elements available furniture and curtains before entering the Department.I also leave as a suggestion that instead of requesting a guarantee deposit, cover the possible damage and breakage with insurance.It is unfair that one loses the deposit because something that stops working for the same wear or misuse of other tenants just when one is staying.
In front of the balcony there is a bar/brewery, so at times the rest was difficult for the screaming that arrived during the night.We could not use the washing machine, since we failed to get the chips for its operation.We could not wear the iron, because the surface was rough and as soon as he took a little temperature, he stuck the clothes to iron.We could not use the electric oven because there was just an electrical failure in the plug circuit.(This was generally throughout the floor of the building) The Black Out curtains had some marks as if they had scratched, I realized the next day of entering and I did not report it.I had the bad luck that when we finished the stay, those brands had opened (I do not know what the reason) and they retained the reservation deposit.I did not like that the wear of use of things or the misuse that previous tenants may have made is not taken into account.

The very safe area and the building had 24 hours sure.The excellent department, broad comfortable and a beautiful view from the balcony.Excellent treatment by the owner, attentive to everything.Highly recommended ☺️

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. A damage deposit of US$75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
